If you receive a billing statement from a provider and the insurance company doesn't pay for the services, we will diagnose the problem and contact either the insurance company or the billing company on behalf of the patient to get the issue researched, reviewed, and resolved. We also help you file claims in a timely manner.

We are able to assist the patient with explanation of benefits. We will you give a breakdown of what the insurance pays and what you, the patient, pays. Our company will review and call the insurance company to make sure you are being billed correctly.
